| Luzon and the western section of Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the East to Northeast over the rest Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago wil be slight to moderate. (in Filipino) |
