What could be the difference between the weather forecast of The Philippines and Japan Ala naman mas high-tech ang Pinas..ehehe According to Japan and US weather forecast the tropical storm Helen or storm Haikui has already out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility but to Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration PAGASA it is still low pressure area..Ang bagyong Helen ay bagyong Gener sa Pinas pero sa Japan at US ang bagyong Helen ay hindi si bagyong Gener subalit ang bagyong sa Pinas ay ang Low Pressure area na magiging bagyo palamang as of now..



The storm Helen is not the storm Gener on the Philippines but on Japan and US the storm Helen is not the storm Gener but rather storm Helen is already out in the Philippine Area of Responsibility but the incoming storm which is still Low Pressure Area according to Philippine weather forecast is the storm Helen.
